Step 1: Disinvesting - Initiate the disinvestment

Start by logging in to your Ndovu account and navigating to the Portfolio section. Select the fund you wish to disinvest from and click the disinvest button. Your request will be processed within 2 business days, after which your funds will appear in your Ndovu Pocket, ready for withdrawal.

Step 2: Withdraw from Your Ndovu Pocket

Once your funds are in your Ndovu Pocket, log back in to your account and click on Ndovu Pocket from your dashboard. Select Withdraw, enter the amount you'd like to withdraw, and click Withdraw from Pocket. You'll then be prompted to provide your withdrawal settlement details. Depending on your payment method, the funds will reach you within up to 3 business days.

Before submitting your withdrawal request, double-check that all your settlement account details are correct and complete. Ndovu processes transactions solely based on the information provided and is not liable for any losses or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete details. In total, a full withdrawal from disinvestment to receipt of funds can take up to 5 business days. This ensures your transaction is handled securely and accurately.
